1. Returning or replacing a product in one of the following cases:

The product description provides details of the validity of the return and in the following cases:

- I received a product different from the one you ordered.

- Received a damaged/defective/expired product.

- You need to replace the product with a different size from the same product.

The product is required to be in a healthy condition at the time of return or replacement.

2. Product status at the time of replacement or return:

The presence of products in the manufacturer's original box (retail package - closed/sealed box) and being non-damaged and not manipulated in any way.

The following products cannot be returned or replaced:


Products that are directly described cannot be returned.

Non-returnable products from the list below:

Electronic software.


- Video games.


- No expendable products that are used or installed can be returned.


Products such as: household appliances, sports equipment, furniture, or any other large products that are no longer kept in the box and/or have been installed.3. Extended return policy:

The return period for all products purchased from Grapes is 15 days from the date of delivery.
